All handling and movement are recorded as part of our formal internal chain-of-custody procedures. Items are kept in secured storage whenever they are not being actively examined.
  • What documentation should I bring or send with my item?
  • If you have existing documentation — such as a previous grading report, appraisal, receipt, GIA certificate, or any accompanying paperwork — you are welcome to provide copies when submitting your item. We will note any points of agreement or discrepancy between your existing documentation and our own independent assessment.
